Peekaboo Communications awarded Highly Commended
at CIPR Grand Prix awards
This award follows the Gold PRide Award award won by Peekaboo Communications late last year for the Thames and Chilterns region. The Grand Prix awards see the Gold Award winners from 11 UK regions being pitched against each other to determine the best public relations campaigns throughout the country. Being awarded a Highly Commended award, Peekaboo Communications was effectively ranked second in the country for the Low Budget PR category.

Peekaboo Communications was set up by Melissa Talago in April 2006, after the
birth of her second child. Melissa has more than 12 years of PR experience,
predominantly gained in the technology sector in South Africa, the USA and
in the UK. The switch to the parenting sector came about when Melissa realised
how many mums set up their own baby-related businesses after having children,
in a bid for better work/life balance. Melissa runs her business from home
